I love this picture. Why? Because here is Rick suggesting he is and adult version of a teenager with his earbud in one ear and his backpack on his shoulder. Derek clearly had to remove his sunglasses for the photo since they are still in his hand as he squints.
Boys will be boys, regardless of the years.
